Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or continuing to use UtopiaOS after being invited, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Utopia Studio may update these Terms when the product or programme rules change. Material updates are versioned; continued use after notice of a new required version may require re-acceptance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Access is invite-only for fellows and role-gated for studio and admin operators. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify Utopia Studio promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may use UtopiaOS only for lawful fellowship and studio programme purposes. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users' data, abuse AI or automation features, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or programme decisions.

4. Programme content and IP

Library modules, templates, and studio materials remain Utopia Studio's or its licensors' property unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Fellows retain rights in their own venture materials they upload, subject to the licences needed to operate the programme.

5. Disclaimers

UtopiaOS is provided on an “as available” basis for programme delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utopia Studio disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.

AI features can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for decisions you make using AI outputs.
