AI Processing Notice

1. What is sent to AI systems

When you use AI-assisted features, prompts, selected context, and related metadata may be sent to AI model providers (subprocessors) to generate responses.

Do not submit secrets, payment card data, or special-category data unless a studio operator has confirmed a supported workflow.

2. Training defaults

Public foundation-model training on your UtopiaOS content is not the default configuration. Provider-specific retention for abuse monitoring may still apply under their terms.

3. Human review

Studio operators may review onboarding answers and programme submissions to run the fellowship. Support staff may access content needed to resolve incidents you report.

4. Your control

Required AI-processing consent is collected at the legal acceptance gate before gated product use. If policies change materially, you may be asked to re-accept the current version.
