1. Who we are

Utopia Studio operates UtopiaOS for fellowship and studio programme operations. Contact privacy@utopia-studio.co for privacy requests.

2. Data we process

Account data (name, email, authentication identifiers), programme profile fields, onboarding answers, workspace activity needed to deliver the product, support and feedback submissions, and technical logs required for security and reliability.

If you connect Google Workspace or Slack, we process verification metadata and the minimum scopes needed for the stated onboarding purpose. We do not sell personal data.

3. Purposes and bases

We process data to authenticate you, deliver fellowship workflows, operate AI-assisted features you use, secure the service, measure product health (when analytics cookies are accepted), and meet legal obligations.

Where consent is required (for example certain AI processing disclosures or non-essential cookies), we collect it separately and do not pre-tick required boxes.

4. Sharing

We use subprocessors for hosting, authentication, databases, email, error monitoring, and (when enabled) analytics. AI subprocessors may receive prompts and relevant context you submit. Studio operators may review onboarding answers for programme operations.

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Retention and rights

We retain data for as long as needed for the programme relationship, audit requirements, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it according to internal schedules.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, or to withdraw consent. Use in-product controls where available or email privacy@utopia-studio.co.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in the UK, EEA, US, or other locations where our providers operate. We use appropriate transfer safeguards where required.
